Fairburn
Fairburn is situated amidst beautiful Highland scenery just north of Inverness, near Marybank in Ross-shire. The Society's first visit there was for the 2006 May Clout Meeting.

Directions (Route Map)
North bound from Inverness on the A9, cross the Kessock Bridge. Drive 6 miles to the Tore roundabout. Take the second exit, the A835, towards Ullapool. After 5 miles, at the Marybourgh roundabout, take the second exit, still A835 Ullapool. After 4 miles turn left onto A832 for Marybank. Cross river over Moy Bridge, continue straight ahead up brae to village of Marybank. Straight through small roundabout and on up hill. At top of hill take right turn signposted Fairburn, continue for nearly 2 miles along drive towards Fairburn House. The clout field is on the right before you reach the gates to the house.
